How the practice works

Dental health care, not disease care.

The practice’s own words for what it does. Here is what that looks like when you are the one in the chair.

01

An exam that looks at all of you

The problem: a check-up that only looks for holes.

A thorough check of the teeth and gums, an oral cancer exam, x-rays when they are necessary, and a review of your medical history, because new medications and illnesses can affect your dental health.

02

Sterilisation you do not have to wonder about

The problem: the part of a dental office nobody shows you.

Sterilisation and cross-contamination processes follow the standards recommended by the American Dental Association, OSHA and the Centers for Disease Control, to protect patients and the team.

A visit you do not dread

The problem: feeling uneasy before you are even through the door.

The whole team works to make each visit as comfortable and pleasant as possible, with personalised care, and laughing gas for anyone who needs it.

What patients say about Dr. Patel.

★★★★★
Dr. Patel goes above and beyond in her care for her patients. She texted me on a Sunday to ask me how my son was doing after his dental visit on a Friday because of a toothache. She is always accessible and available if we have any questions. She sends us appointment reminder texts and even remembers birthdays and sends us sweet messages on birthdays. Dr. Patel and the staff at Twin Hickory Dental are simply awesome, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a very nice and caring place for their family’s dental care needs. My husband forgets his appointments at times but because of her reminder service he always makes it to the dentist. She has a very gentle touch and always does a great job. My teeth always feel great and look so clean when she is done. Thank you Dr. Patel Lorraine P.Birdeye review
